The Tabitha Plan purposes to focus the giving potential of each individual and/or women’s group of the many district associations of Oklahoma into a collective, collaborative plan that supports the necessary shared endeavors and responsibilities essential to our work as women committed to the ministry of the Great Commission while strengthening and developing the Oklahoma Women Active for Christ (OWAC).
