Chandel lives in Stigler and attends Cass FWB Church. Growing up she attended Tamaha FWB, was saved at 12 years old, and then baptized in the Arkansas River. She is married to Mitch Dobbs and they will be celebrating their 20 year anniversary soon. He is a sheriff's deputy, a deacon at Cass FWB, and recently surrendered the call to preach. Both Chandel and Mitch are very active in their church. He plays rhythm and bass guitar and she plays piano, bass, and mandolin, and they both sing in their church. Chandel is a nurse practitioner and has a clinic in Stigler. She has 3 children and a special niece. Chandel serves as Sunday School clerk at Cass and the assistant secretary/treasurer at Eureka FWB Association. 

Chandel is excited to be a part of OWAC. She loves God with all her heart and desires to serve Him in whatever capacity He leads her to serve. Chandel's favorite scripture is Isaiah 43:2. She prays that more women in the state of Oklahoma will feel the desire to become a part of OWAC. Chandel serves on our board as assistant treasurer.
